I am writing to introduce myself and share some important news about your community management. My name is Yulissa Vidal, and I am a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and Director of Management with Artemis Lifestyles.
We want to inform you that Kayla Smith will be departing from her role with Artemis Lifestyles, and her last day with the company will be Friday, October 10, 2025. We sincerely thank Kayla for her dedication and service to the Oak Hammock Preserve community and wish her the very best in her next endeavors. I will be your primary point of contact and interim Community Manager effective immediately.
Effective immediately, I will serve as the primary point of contact and interim Community Manager. My immediate focus is to ensure a seamless transition for the community. While we actively interview highly qualified candidates for the permanent Community Manager role, I will provide direct oversight and be available to address your questions and immediate needs.
I bring over 8 years of experience managing community associations with up to 1,200 units, plus over 10 years in the apartment management industry. My focus is on providing associations with sound financial guidance, operational transparency, comprehensive maintenance planning, and excellent customer service.
I am very detailed, eager to get to know you all, and look forward to meeting and working with everyone to help keep Oak Hammock Preserve a beautiful and thriving community.
