Nestled among majestic oak trees, Oak Hammock Preserve is a vibrant, family-friendly community located just off Pleasant Hill Road in Kissimmee, Florida. Home to 347 residences, our neighborhood offers a peaceful setting with a strong sense of connection and pride.
Governance & Leadership: Our Association is led by a dedicated three-member Board of Directors, with officer roles including:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary/Treasurer
The President and Vice President also serve as active members of the board. All leadership roles are filled by volunteers who generously contribute their time and talents to support the well-being of our community.
Committees That Serve You: Two primary committees help maintain the integrity and harmony of Oak Hammock Preserve:
- Architectural Committee – Oversees design standards and property modifications
- Compliance Committee – Ensures adherence to community guidelines
Additional committees may be formed or retired as needed to meet evolving community needs. All committee positions are volunteer-based.
Professional Management: Oak Hammock Preserve is professionally managed by a Licensed Community Manager. This individual is contracted to:
- Oversee routine administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards
- Serve as a liaison between residents and the Association
Together, our volunteers and management team work to preserve the beauty, safety, and spirit of Oak Hammock Preserve.
Breathtaking Ponds
Oak Hammock Preserve features two professionally maintained stormwater retention ponds, each surrounded by paved concrete walkways ideal for walking, jogging, or cycling. Along the perimeter, rest benches offer peaceful spots to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
These ponds are regularly inspected and managed by Osceola County Public Works, with funding provided through a Municipal Services Benefit Unit (MSBU). Their oversight ensures proper stormwater control and environmental stewardship for the benefit of our entire community.
Clubhouse Rental
Planning a small special event and need a venue? Our Clubhouse has a room that can accommodate up to 50 people. Whether it's a birthday party, anniversary celebration, family get-together, or any other special event, consider renting our Clubhouse.
