Our Community
A fantastic family-orientated community surrounded by beautiful Oak Trees located throughout Oak Hammock Preserve. Our community consists of 347 homes located off Pleasant Hill Road in Kissimmee, Florida.
Our Home Owners Association is comprised of three (3) Board Members and two (2) Officers serving our community. In addition, there are three (3) main Committees serving our community: the Architectural Committee, Events Committee, and the Compliance Committee.
Breathtaking Ponds with Gazebos
Our community has two ponds both encircled with concrete walkways to walk, jog, or ride your bicycle with shaded areas by large Oak Trees. There are Gazebos located at both Ponds to just sit and enjoy the picturesque views here at Oak Hammock Preserve.
Clubhouse Rental
Planning a small special event and need a venue? Our Clubhouse has a room that can accommodate up to 50 people. Whether it's a birthday party, anniversary celebration, family get-together, or any other special event, consider renting our Clubhouse.
