Clubhouse Rental Agreement

 Security Deposit.  

A security deposit of two hundred dollars ($200.00) shall be charged to  Applicant for use of the Clubhouse.  This refundable deposit shall be returned by the Association  to Applicant upon the Association’s confirmation that the Clubhouse has been cleaned and restored  to its original condition prior to Applicant’s use of the Clubhouse.  If the Association discovers  any damage to the Clubhouse or items kept in the clubhouse, any items on the Clubhouse inventory  missing or damaged, the Applicant goes over the Reserved Time, or the Applicant fails to comply  with the Clubhouse Rules and Regulations, a deduction from the security deposit will be made.   The refund of a deposit or a portion of a deposit to Applicant shall not constitute a waiver or  admission of any kind by the Association.
